Pirani gauges

Information guide

Pirani gauges are designed to measure primary vacuum.

Some characteristics of the gauges proposed below:

  • Measuring range: 5.10-4 to 1000 mbar.
  • Replacement sensor
  • Installation in any position
  • Nickel filament for corrosive gases
  • Ceramic feedthrough for highly corrosive applications (PSG51X and PSG554 series)
  • Digital interface available (PSG55X series)

They can be combined with another type of vacuum gauge to increase the measurement range.
