We offer 2 types of venting valves mounted on KF flange :
- M : manual
- E : electromagnetic
Materials : SS / FKM seal (Viton®)
Common features :
- Pressure range : from 1x10-7 mbar up to 1.2 bar
- Leak rate : < 1.3x10-7 mbar.l.s-1
- Durability until first service : 200 000 cycles
- Operating temperature : -25°C à +80°C
- Bakeout temperature of valve body: < 80°C
