Temperature switch and temperature protection switch
Description
By default, each diffusion pump is operated with 2 temperature switches. Both switches must be ordered separately.
- The temperature switch signals to the controller that the operating temperature of the oil has been reached. Depending on the particular oil used, this temperature ranges between 180 and 220 °C.
- The temperature protection switch triggers when the maximum allowed temperature is reached. The controller interrupts the power supply to the heater plate. The switch needs to be reset with the push button
