Rack and pinion transfer probe
Description
The TPRP series of transfer uses a 3/4″ diameter probe actuated by a rack and pinion positive drive. The independent rotary actuation is achieved by a second rotary feedthrough. Only the 3/8″ diameter probe tip rotates, keyed with a ball bearing keyway allowing mounting of jaw-type devices which are actuated by the rotary action.

- 3/4″ O.D. linear support shaft
- 2.75″ O.D. mounting flange
- Up to 50″ linear travel
- Rack and pinion position drive
- Rotary bellows sealed feedthrough
- Adjustable position stop and lock
- Maximum bakeout temperature: 200°C
Motorized version available (stepper or synchronous motor).
Optional speed control motor drive.
