Description
ESCApeTM software encompasses instrument control, data acquisition and data processing in a single user-friendly package. ESCApeTM is the latest generation of software used with the AXIS Supra+ and AXIS Nova2 photoelectron spectrometers. It runs under the MS Windows operating system.
ESCApeTM has been developed to make the user's interaction with the spectrometer as simple as possible, integrating data acquisition and processing to fully exploit the instruments' automation.
- Analysis workflow that follows 3 simple steps: define analysis position, choose acquisition method, submit to queue.
- Automated peak identification and quantification: easy generation of a colour concentration map of identified elements on the sample surface.
