HOPG, Highly Ordered Pyrolytic Graphite, is a highly-ordered form of high-purity pyrolytic Graphite.
It comes in three different grades:
- ZYA (SPI-1)
- ZYB (SPI-2)
- ZYH (SPI-3)
Specifications of each grade is described in the pdf document.
We offers as standards HOPG discs, grade ZYH (SPI3):
- diameter: 3 mm
- thickness: 50-70 µm
